We want you to be happy with your purchases so we offer a free 30 day refund or exchange policy for all unopened and unused items. 

 

Faulty

If your used item breaks or becomes faulty within 60 days of your purchase you may return it to us completely free for a full refund stating clearly the details of the issues you are having.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all consumer orders within three working days.

How will my order be packaged?

Packaging will be completely plain and discreet. 

What type of postage will my order be sent by?

Orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Sign For. Because of this, Royal Mail cannot leave your package anywhere if you are not at home when they deliver. In this case, it will be returned to the depot.

Do you do international deliveries?

We currently only deliver to the UK.

I have special requirements for my order. Is this ok?
